dough into a large, round sheet, and shape it into mouthwatering morsels.

Prosciutto di Parma

Parma is made, following an artisan tradition. Biba will show you the
various aspects of curing hams - salting, selection and aging. Then join
Biba as she samples some of this unique ham in the trattoria of the Castle
of Torrechiara, in the Parma countryside.
